The CTF runs from 8th Feb 12PM to 11th Feb 12PM IST
- Team Size: Teams must consist of 1–6 members (adjust as needed).
- Fair Play:
- No attacking other teams, organizers, or infrastructure (e.g., DoS/DDoS, phishing).
- Respect all participants; harassment or cheating will result in disqualification.
- Only target challenges explicitly provided by organizers.
- Do not exploit unintended vulnerabilities; report them for bonus points.
- Flag Format: Flags are in the format
dscctf{<sample-flag>}unless stated otherwise. They are case-sensitive and must be submitted exactly as found. - Brute-forcing flag submissions is prohibited (e.g., spamming guesses).
- Submit flags via the CTF platform only.
- Report broken challenges or incorrect flags to organizers.
- Challenges may include Web, Crypto, Forensics, Pwn, Reverse Engineering, or Misc.
- Do not attack challenge servers beyond solving the intended task.
- Scoring:
- Challenges may have static or dynamic scoring (e.g., harder challenges = more points).
- "First Blood" bonuses may be awarded for solving a challenge first.
- Earlier submissions break ties.
- Hints:
- Each challenge will have 3 hints.
- Some hints may cost points to unlock.
- Sharing flags, solutions, or hints with other teams is forbidden.
- Do not brute-force challenge infrastructure (e.g., password spraying).
- Teams must work independently; no collaboration between teams.
- Do not create multiple accounts to bypass team size limits.
- Event Duration: The CTF runs for 3 days.
- Submissions close at the announced time (no extensions unless specified).
- Contact organizers via Discord tickets for disputes or technical issues. Provide evidence (screenshots, logs) for flag/score disputes.
- Violations may result in point deductions, temporary bans from the platform, or permanent disqualification.
